The Community

The Community is a 30-storey residential building under development in JVT District 3, Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai. The project is being developed by Aqua Properties through its subsidiary Aqua Developments an the project is located on plot JVT03HHRA001. The development will contain an estimated 261 units. The Community will comprise a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The architectural consultant is Chawla Architectural & Consulting Engineers and the architectural consultant is ZAS Group. The main building work is being done by Atcon Constructions. The substructure contains one basement level which is used for parking.
